My time at GAME taught me that the industry is an exciting place to work, with technology improving as rapidly as it is, nothing stays still for long. The challenge of making sure that the animation is perfect from all angles, and the ever-increasing quality of graphics and game engines is something that excites me as every new project creates a bigger challenge.<br /><br />I have been a Peer Buddy at Animation Mentor for 21 months now. This has really helped me to view my own and other’s animation with a critical eye. I feel that the only way to improve animation is to be truthful, if something looks off, it must be changed to improve the standard of work.
